Here are some of the questions we get asked frequently
How much of the Cremated Ashes are used?
We use very little of the Cremated Ashes in the process of making the Memorials, in fact on Jewelery items its only a small fraction of the measured amount so there will be Ashes that are left over and they will be safely shipped back to you with your finished order.
Are the Ashes visible in the glass?
Unless stated,Yes they are however if would rather they were less visible please let me know when you place your order and I can create and layer the glass during the design process so the Ashes will be more discreet.
How do I get the ashes to you?
We will send you out a Life In-Fusion Cremation Ash collection kit with your order form, instructions and a container to put the Ashes in. Use the pre addressed envelope to return the Ashes and order form back to us, we recommend you use special delivery or recorded delivery to return the Ashes to us.
Can we deliver the ashes in person to you?
Due to Health and Safety regulations and the kiln equipment and torches which ARE constantly in use, we do not have a store-front retail or production location so you will need to ship to us. Instructions will be given at the time of your order and confirmation of receipt will be given to you.
How do I know the Cremation Ashes will be kept safe?
Because special delivery is used on all of our orders, shipments are insured and can be tracked online through the mail website. Its also guaranteed to be delivered the next day. Additionally, a record of your order is secured in our data base and kept with your order throughout the entire process. Any unused Ashes will be returned to you with your finished order.
We can assure you that the utmost care and respect will be taken to ensure the safety of the Ashes. you will also receive an Certificate of Authenticity with your Memorial.
How long will my order take?
Once we have the order kit back it takes between 2-8 weeks but if you need your Memorial sooner please contact us as we may be able to arrange that for you. We will email you to give you the expected delivery date once your order is finished.

Occasionally Some Silver Jewellery items can take a little longer to make.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards payments online, transactions are handled through Paypal. You will be able to pay with a credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account. PayPal has received close to 20 awards for technical excellence from the internet industry and the business community at large.
What colors are available?
Any of the |Glass Memorials in both Jewellery and Stained Glass can be made in any color so if you see a Glass Memorial but would like it in a different color than shown on the website just write down the color you would like it to be on the order form.
PLEASE NOTE:
Cremation Ashes can have different reactions within the glass and stones and this can sometimes change the tone of color slightly.
What are the shipping costs?
Typically for UPS/FED EX or USPS Ground the Fee, depending on the size of your piece, is $12.50-$22. Once we know what piece you are ordering we can quote shipping fees.
